Virtual Training

$100.00 month ($25 start up fee which includes 2 one-on-one sessions)

  • Weekly custom training/exercise plan based on your personal goals
  • Race planning
  • Strength and mobility plans
  • Nutrition consult/planning
  • Email and phone communication

One-on-One Sessions

running/cycling/swimming

A one-on-one meeting to go through a workout together. We’ll work on pacing, form, and technique in any of the three sports or a mobility/strength workout.

  • Existing Virtual clients $60 per hour
  • Non-existing clients $100 per hour

Group Classes

A group meeting to go through a workout together. Depending on the group’s needs we can customize and tailor the workout appropriately.
